Email: I reported a water leak at the meter reference #101003843888. The City of Houston Water sent someone to access the leak. I was told the leak was on my side and it was my responsibility to repair. I had a plumber come and repair. After his assessment and repair it has been determined that there is still a leak on the city side of the meter.
