I was told I had to submit yet another request for 311 in order to get habitability to conduct an inspection at 1246 Peden St.The location at 1246 Peden St is registered as a residential address in HCAD. However, it appears to have a total of 4 different individual units that are being occupied by different families. We need someone to go out there and actually put eyes on the property. If you can, have an investigator contact me to schedule a joint visit.It is operating as an apartment.
