There is a house under construction at 12435 Old Oaks that may violate the CityÆs detention requirements. I have tried to contact the builder to no avail. Can anything be done to check the plan/permit for the project? The lot size is 16,600 ft2 per HCAD, and per IDM 9 should trigger a requirement for detention. We have a flooding issue in our neighborhood that I do not want to see further stressed.
Resident reported that contractor is using vacant lot to store trash and debris as part of the Benignus Drainage Project. Resident is concerned that this creates a blight in his neighborhood and would like it to be removed.
311 Email request:The new owners have had the house torn down and the original driveway to Old Oaks in front of the house removed. But they left the unpermitted driveway to Benignus pending construction of a new house on the lot. Frostwood HOA want to know if that unpermitted driveway can be removed as an obstruction or at the very least brought up to code before any new building permit is issued for a new house.
