Hello, it's been over a month and no one ever came to inspect our water line. At first it showed up as a case cancelled right away, called in and was told that it wasn't closed and that an inspector was assigned to our case for further investigation but no one ever showed up. Currently the case status is showing as service is complete, which is false. Why is this happening? Various calls have been made and we always get told that we need to keep waiting but the status online keeps saying service
