Hello my property is located at 12417 Kathryn Houston Tx 77015 next to us the property owners or workers have covered the ditch whit a fence to close access to the property and they have started to build on the property behind us the ditch is over grown and it needs maintenance I would really like to know if you can help whit the situation they have all sorts of containers and trash in the back
The issue is for the vacant lot next door, not this address. They state you need to walk through their property to be able to see it.
