[Message Came from Outside the City of Houston Mail System]The central island in the street in the 12400 block of Tottenham has developed a leak. We can see what appears to be a city box in the cul-de-sac. I'm attaching a photo so that you can see the leak. I've been told that this line was put in by the city back when our subdivision was constructed in the 1970's. Can you please send someone to check and see if it is indeed a city leak?
