This apartment complex have really went down fast the gates stay broken,thrash bins stay overflowing. No manager stays, no security ,roaches are out of control and now the grass is not being mowed.

These apartments ...are a very sad case no hot water. the security is worse then barney fife ..I have lived her for 6years we use to have hpd security,not anymore the grounds are not well kept tents are working on cars,washing cars, and hanging out drinking, new tenants Parks there big old --- suburbs. In the middle of the steps ne concereate park a Truck on end this just started happening with new management.someone working in office is letting everyone that lived on fondren into our nice quite community Help owners

I moved here for the convenience of location for my work. But Management do care aboth the tenants or the property. I am tired of calling in work orders that are never followed up! I am tired of not having Hot water every other month! I am willing to take this apartment complex to court. I will report also to>>>>>>>

These apartments are so bad for a list of reasons: 1. There is no management. 2. Nobody works in the office. 3. They turn off the hot water without warning 4. They do not fix anything 5. No security 6. when you call the office they don't answer half the time. 7. There no answering machine 8. Washing machines have been stolen 9. Tenets are moving out 10. Charge you a very you a very high water bill (Max:$100) 11. They do not open the pools at all 12. The tennis court is always locked 13. Light pop on and off on the Buildings at night I have stayed here for nearly 30 years don't get me wrong they were good to live in but for the past few years these apartments have been really going down hill, These apartments are so horrible now I would NOT advise anyone I know to give their hard earned money to a bunch of lazy sad sack of people

I have lived here for two years and I can't wait to move. The water is turned off at least once a week. There is always some emergency. Management has changed four times while I have lived here. I had a leak in my apartment. There was water coming from outlets, the stove, ceiling, and floors. I called the office and was asked could I wait until Monday, cause it was a Friday at 4:45pm. She did not wait for a answer and hung up. When I called on Monday and they came fix the leak and shampoo the carpet, I asked questions about what happened I was then informed to call back because the maint. man who worked on my apartment was on lunch and I was interrupting his lunch with all my questions. I used to love living here, but as time went on I felt like I became a burden. The rent is cheap but not worth the crap I had to put up with. It really is true, you get what you pay for

I lived in this apartment complex for one whole year and the complex itself was quiet except for the extremely nosy neighbors and my nextdoor who became engraged becaused i did have a crush on him(im engaged) and my a/c unit was out for most of the summer and my elecricty bill was extrememly high... and besides the roch poblem no matter how much I prayed.. but every time i dealt with the staff they were pretty much pleasant... did have a issue with them at all... just had to move out..

IT'S A SHAME THAT PARENTS DO NOT MONITOR THEIR CHILDREN, THIS CHILDREN ARE SOME VERY DISREPECTFUL CHLDREN THEY RUN AROUND HERE AND CUSS ALDAY LONG WHERE ARE THE PARENTS? I KNOW YOU HERETHEM I CAN HERE THEM IN THE BATHROOM FROM OUTSIDE, NOW ABOUT THIS ROACHES WTF IS REALLY GOING ON WE PAY TO HAVE SOMEONE TO COME IN A SPRAY SOME STUFF THAT DON'T WORK @ ALL THIS IS ROACHVILLE USA,THE OFFICE STAFF DON'T DO ANYTHING BUT KEEP A OUT OF THE OFFICE SIGN ON THE DOOR AND BE SITTING IN THERE, AND LET'S NOT FORGET CUTIE PIE HOW RUN'S BEHIND THE MAINTANCE MAN THAT NEVER KNOW NOTHINGBUT HOW TO TALK ON HER CELL PHONE, THE BATS IS ANOTHER STORY ITSELF, REALLY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER RAINY MEADOWS FOR REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111 SO PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE

This place is okay not the best if you have another options to consider take that one. For some reason there is always an "emergency" with the water that requires it to be shut off with and sometimes there is no emergency and the water is just off with no notice. The apartments need to be remodeled the counters are pealing, there are roaches everywhere, the neighboring children are horrible, and the lights outside are always out. I could go on and on but just as a warning do not move here.

I really enjoy how quite it is here. I think it s really sweet how on your birthday they decorate your front door! Things have really changed here and it s all for the better.
