Our neighbor is putting their garbage on the outside curb not in their garbage bin. They are residents of 1230 W 25th Unit C. The garbage is not only blocking parking spots, but attracting flies, bugs and other animals, which are very close to our house.
Our neighbor has left their full trash can outside on the curb in front of our house for 2 weeks and hasn't remedied the situation. The neighbor has added more trash to the curb in bags.
