Behind her home is a vacant lot used by San Jacinto District. There is lots of illegal dumping which now causes water to be retained, mosquitos, rodents, snakes and vagrants.Property is behind her backyard.

City bought property behind her address and built a building and now it is flooding her yard and causing a lot of health problems. Per caller, "I need someone to come out here and see what I have to live with. Jacinto City has nothing to do with this issue. I've called and it is not with them."
CITIZEN STATED THE COH BUILT A BUIDLING 3YRS AGO RIGHT BEHIND HER ADDRESS AND THAT BUILDING IS CAUSING HER HOUSE TO CONSTANTLY FLOOD THE BACKYARD AND THE GARAGE. THE BUILDING IS LOCATED @MARKET STREET RD, RIGHT BEHIND THE SHOP AFFORDABLE TRANSPORTATION. Caller stated this is an ongoing issue she has had since 5 years ago and she has been reporting this with the dept, but still no resolution...she wants immediate action or she will report this with the news media she is tired of waiting for a res
