Nuisance On Property
There is a dead Hackberry tree on the northwest corner of the property, which the owner refuses to remedy. A large branch fell across the sidewalk 2 weeks ago, and eventually removed. the dead tree endangers pedestrians (a public school is at the end of the block), automobile traffic, and neighboring house, trees, and vehicles parked on driveway.
