311 EMAIL REQUST THE HOMEOWNER AT 122 SYLVESTER RD, HAS THROWN SHEETROCK AND OLD BUILDING MATERIALS IN THE DITCH FOR HEAVY PICKUP THIS WEEK. THEY JUST THROW EVERYTHING IN WITHOUT PUTTING IT IN A CONTAINER, THEN WHEN THE CITY LEAVES HALF OF IT IN THE DITCH THEY DON'T PICK UP THE REMAINDER. THEN WHEN WE HAVE HEAVY RAINS, THE WATER HAS NO WEAR TO FLOW BUT ALL OVER THE STREETS DUE TO THE TRASH IN THE DITCH. THEY USE THE DITCH LIKE IT'S A DUMPSTER. IT LOOKS UNSIGHTLY AND MAKES THE BLOCK LOOK HORRIBLE
