Could not make customer contact with the resident. The customer's cleanout on the Market side of the property, near the water meter, is clear. There is a water leak that appears to be coming from the meter box, and leaking across the sidewalk. The meter dial doesn't appear to be rotating at this time. No wastewater issue found. Refer to Water Inspector, possible leak at the gasket.
