311 email request caller wants to know if the leak is on her side or her neighbors side. Her address is 12122 Pompton and her neighbors is 12118 Pompton. "The water is leaking but I have not seen my bill go up. I do not think that I should spend thousands of dollars for a plumber unless it is truly on myside of the meter."
