Water going into the neighbors property
Per the constituent,"I dug a 2 x 12 , 6 ædeep flower bed next to my fence that is adjacent to Boris Sanchez (1212 Andrews St.) The next morning the flower bed was full of water. I dug deeper and pulled up the dirt to create a moat around the flower bed. Then layed down every paver I had in my yard, in hopes of it not overflowing into my yard.Every single night it is full of water , enough to fill 4-5 wheelbarrows.
