Email: I visited the site today, there is water on both sides of the street, and many of the water meters had water in them. The water is not from last nightÆs rain. The resident stated that this was noticed at the last visit but the HPW person did not know where it came from and closed the case. Pls re-chk leak at meter and m/cc.

Ms. Carolyn Jones contacted the MayorÆs Office to report flowing water on her block. According to Ms. Jones, water is still flowing continuously on the 12100 block of Sand Rock, 77048. Ms. Jones reported this information to 311 on January 24, 2021 and an inspection was completed. Supposedly, the issue was resolved according to the notes in SR 4502182. The case has been closed.
