They picked up heavy tree trash but left several limbs and logs in street and yard.
Heavy trash did not pick up I donÆt know why. This guy keeps bringing more and more trash from somewhere. Trash is literally roof high and he donÆt care he keeps bringing more trash. I already reported it to the Scarsdale civic association, theyÆre not doing anything. Please help! Today he brought another pickup truck load of trash. He donÆt care!
