Inspector H55 visited site: Tenant told me about the mold and mildew she has in kitchen area,
habitability....a/c not working properly and states the apartment upstairs had a leak that leaked into her home states it now smells like mold...states windows wont open....states they sent maintenance man out for a/c but it works for like 30 minutes then starts acting up again....caller request customer contact.

Please be advised that in Huntington Glen apartments 12023 Bissonett Houston, TX 77099 we have a trash concern. The trash is overflowing all over the parking lot. Unfortunately, this has been going on for weeks. Recently weÆve seen an increase of wild animals due to the issue.
housing violation, there is no hot water as well for the last 2 days, there a bed bugs. There is no running water besides the bathtub. She has been using the wash base, but now its clogged, she asked for assistance from the front office n but no response yet. She is disabled , as well as her son.

Rats are still visible.. need to close holes to pervent rats from entering.. only laid traps.. toliet is loose, can be lifted off the floor... disher washer was never replaced.. hole on the side of dishwater and cabinet.. still need another fridge rack... crown molding not done... need new filter..
