City came and cleared out junk trash several months ago from this property. They have stacked junk waste/trash/funiture items again against the fence at curb on a tree waste month. The pile has been growing for the past few weeks. The next junk waste pick up is not scheduled until August. Owner needs a copy of schedule PLUS a ticket to make him understand his property is a terrible nuisance to his neighbors. The condition of property is a haven for rats/varmits.

Camper in front yard creates multiple residence on single family residence lot. Privacy fence erected to hide trailer and possible trash hoard that existed before fence built. 1202 put out tree limbs way too early prior to the pick up done week of March 2. Those were picked up. As of March 9, they have already put out a large pile of junk trash and it will be sitting there for the next 3 weeks. Next pick up for this area is April. House about 1202 put out tree limb waste over a week before scheduled pick up day. It's still sitting there. The house next to it has placed junk trash at the curb in past few days - over a month before scheduled pick up date. Another house closer to Rosa Allen on same side of street has multiple trash bags filled with leaves along the front yard fence. The civic club is trying to get folks to adhere to the heavy trash dates and putting out correct type of heavy trash. These houses are repeat of
