Williams, Diane - HHD <[email protected]> // I am conducting an investigation of the PWE complaint regarding a possible cave in at 12011 Newbrook. On 4/5/2022 the Homeowner filed a complaint with 311 regarding a water leak beside the meter in front of the home. An Inspector came out to investigate and discovered that the discharge was sewage.
