[Message Came from Outside the City of Houston Mail System]311, There is water emanating from the ground immediately below the west side of the bridge near the concrete footpath that goes under the Dairy Ashford bridge. This water is spilling from the grass and overtopping the concrete berm that makes up the side of the footpath and draining across the footpath toward the bayou. This leak has sprung in the last week. Please call me with any questions.
