I’ve lived here since September 2021 and would not recommend anyone to move here. The parking garage gate is ALWAYS broken allowing anyone to come in and vandalize any of the residents or visitors vehicles. The staff and management are horribly rude and unprofessional, they make me feel so uncomfortable voicing any of my concerns about the gates being broken, elevators not working, or even our gym that has been closed since December with no updates or communication on when it will be opened. Recently I adopted a new pet and was told that I would be required to pay a one time fee for a DNA swab on my dog, which is nowhere on my lease or on the pet policy!! The manager instead of apologizing and trying to reassure me they are doing everything possible to fix my concerns just argued and made me so uncomfortable.

I think this is a good community. Right by I-10 but easy to get out onto dairy Ashford. It's quite most of the time. If you get an apt facing the pool you may have issues with parties going late into the night during the summer...even past closing time. The parking garage is great although if you work late you may not find a spot on the floor you live on but there are elevators. There has been some car thefts but they have security driving around. I'll be renewing my lease so far it's been good.

This complex is horrid. Dirty, management has no idea what they are doing, how to talk to anyone and does not care about the community. The complex is always dirty, has major security issues, rude staff and that is just the start

Closet door near to the unit entrance had been hard to open and I had requested its repair. I received 1st completion report of the repair work. But the door was still hard to open. 2 or 3 days later, the door successfully repaired. 1st report slightly disappointed to me. In this case, 1st report should be the explanation of the situation and advise me when the door will be repaired.

The staff and community is great. The only issue is the safety concern of the community. Also pet owners do not pick up after their animals which leaves a lot of pet waste in common areas of the community property
