2 year resident. The beginning was great. Staff was friendly, things were taken care of in a timely manner, but management changed & everything went down the drain. 1) Management: Simply does not care. Staff is careless with paperwork, billing is never correct, they never respond to emails, & frequently get sassy when you ask for assistance. 2) Security: There are 4 different apps for security, none of which are effective. Your electronic door lock app never seems to know if your place is unlocked or locked. A different app to let you into the building is annoying to scan & half the doors never work anyway, which means anyone can get in if they try 3 doors. Garage gate app is fine, but the gate is broken at least once a week, which leads to uninvited guests able to access cars at their convenience. I have seen windows smashed & property stolen, & personally had my tires & rims swiped (-$3,500). Fetch, the package delivery app, delays your package by a day, & then only drops it off at your door for it to get stolen by whoever sees it first. 3) Residents: Most are loud & irrespective of others' personal space. Music is always blaring, weed & cigarette smoke permeate the hallways, and cars charge into the garage assuming no one is around the corner. 4) Health concerns: Most closets smell of mold. Bathroom, bedroom, pantry & entry closets. All of them are musty. 5) Disposal: Every resident I've met has to flip the breaker on each time they want to use the disposal. That gets mildly annoying. I will say, the place looks modern. Amenities are great, pool, gym, mail room. Appliances in the room work great as well. If you'd like to constantly go down to the front desk to have them reissue your correct rent, don't care about property theft, or look to be woken by loud neighbors, this is the place for you!

Had an Apartment Tour at the Ashford Apartments on Dairy Ashford. Assistant Manager was very friendly and extremely helpful in assisting me with the tour. The Apartments are super clean & have an amazing structure with a very nice pool & gym. Was shown multiple units within the apartment complex and would definitely recommend individuals to come check them out for future residency.

The staff is wonderful and never rude. Our apartment feels like we live in a luxury place, from the pool, the gym, to the high ceilings in our home. I like how many things can be controlled through our phones like the gates and doors and deliveries. Overall, I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Everything here is very modern and impressive from the electronic keys to the mobile apps, I love the innovation that makes the entire experience easy and relaxing. If I had to grade my experience so far it would be A +.

I have only stayed here for about 3 days, the apartment is nice. However, I have noticed that gates are not always closed (gated community). I still do not have any hot water. The apartment did not a thermostat installed. To be updated on information, I have to go to the leasing office, no one reaches back out to me regarding updates. I feel as if the apartment could have been expected and cleaned more before I moved in for an easier move in process.

Community is good , quiet and clean but the management should think seriously about the security of parking garage. So far, cars and parts have been stolen several times, and residents are worried about this.

It started out as a great community. Maintenance is awesome! Office staff there's a lot to be desired. Not very helpful. I would the office staff would be more proactive on issues with the property. Not move at a snails pace. Not to me personally but issues around the property. There are lots of smokers now as well. The dog park has become a smokers spot.

Apartment is aestethically beautiful and comfortable with many community events, BUT, poor and unresponsive administration often leads to frustrating and often significantly negative repercussions. Maintenence staff try their best and are usually fairly quick to come to a solution but are also under-staffed, under-funded and needed far too often for this modern of a building.

I love it, thank you so much, please select your residents with more attention and consideration. Dont let any body with any culture comes into this leasing center and make it a trash like the way they live. They do not clean their pet poops, they make lots of noise, they do not care about the cleanness of this newly made building. Please look at people faces, the way they talk ,their outfit, their personal cleanness as a person, and their appearance before making any contract with them. You deserve to have the best residents.

Floor plan is really nice and spacious for 1BR. However, staff is unresponsive to request, emails, or phone calls. Horrible customer service. Trash is left in halls. Safety is an issue as well with theft, break ins in the garage, and frequent police around the apt.
