The house is STILL unoccupied, but full of junk homeless person living there. The doors are not secured, the roof is caving in, and there is trash outside of the house also and neighbors contacted HOA.

I'm A Sergeant with HPD. We checked a Burglary in Progress call at the house on Sunday, 04/11/21. Officers found the house was unoccupied, but full of junk like a hoarder had been living there. The doors are not secured, the roof is caving in, and there is trash on the sides of the house. Neighbors advised they will contact HOA, but it would help if code enforcement could check property for violations and try to contact owner. Thanks.
This home is in a state of extreme disrepair, is overgrown, and has become a location strewn with stolen property and vagrants. Law enforcement has been called out multiple times and is concerned about a fire hazard and the danger of the dwelling.
This home has not been lived in for 4-5 years and is very dilapated. Yesterday the front and the back doors of the house were open. The Constable came and tried to secure the house.
