PER HHD During an investigation on 10/1/2020, city manhole was slightly holding. I have just completed a follow-up and city manhole # NEP06033 is now fully charged with grease, there is currently no active overflow. City manhole is located in the middle of Fleming street. It services residential homes in area. Please see pictures. Due to state of COH manhole # NEP06033, I am requesting HPW send inspector to further investigate.
