My 80 year old mother lives alone in a bedroom, one-bath apartment at this location. after years of living there her only shower drain got clogged on Monday, the next day (Tuesday) morning at 9 am we put in the maintenance request directly in the Office. Today (Thursday) still not showing the maintenance guy. On another subject, the place is infected with Germanic Roaches, my mother's apartment is very organized and clean but the bugs are coming out of the A/C ducts, vents, and outlets, On multiple occasions this subject was brought to the Office and the answer is send a Pest control on Friday that just do nothing to the situation.

The management at this complex is the rudest, meanest and most patronizing I have ever encountered. They go out of their way to make certain any interaction with them is horrible for the resident. While they continue to be employed is a wonder to me. Even the simplest maintenance request is ignored. You have to contact them over and over to get results. These are request such as air filter replacement, pest control and other such things. This is a tax credit property for seniors 55 and up. There are income restrictions to be able to live here and the property is subsidized by the federal government. Many residents are also disabled. It is my opinion that we suffer the abuse of the management because they believe we will not complain due to our vulnerability. I am not a psychiatrist, but my opinion is that these two women in the office suffer from behavior disorders. Specifically the manager (Donna) and the assistant (Felicia.) This is a beautiful complex and very new construction. It is heart-breaking to see that the residents care more about the property than management. And if they do not care to assist us in maintaining our apartments, why should we?
