This place is horrible just move here.. You see drugs, prostitute around etc.. The lady at the office Name Sandra she ask to pay the parking for your vehicle mind you that money it's for her self. She's very rude.Their roaches all over the place. The town home it's self have old appliances. Please DONT MOVE HERE DONT MOVE HERE!

i have live here for about 2mts and i cant wait for the lease to end!!! there are always kids figthing, you can never fine parking any were! i really hate this place i dont even know how we end up on this apt all i can say to ppl out there is that even if yall want to save some money never go there the nob hills are way better then this place, but there were no more apt wen i want it to move in so thats why i had to get this ----! i hope i can make it 10 mnts more!!

Spring Village Apts:(1)Manager & Owner have poor customer service are not concern with comfort of paying resident.(2)Ac is in desperate need of proffessional repair mangt says it works but continue to blow hot air charge residents 100.00 dollars monthly for window unit in addition to monthly rent.(3)Swimming pool is locked all year round due to the pumps doesn,t work mangt continue to shock the pool only allows weekend use then turn green which is adveriste as a anmenites so you are paying for something you don,t have full access.(4)Criminal activity breaking into cars, damage to park cars leaving owners to bear expenses, drug activity buyer and seller.(5)Rent to handicapped but limited handicapped parking, no scooter or wheel chair ramp, bathroom & kitchen are not handicapped accesible no seats in courtyard or parking lot when waiting on metro lift.(6) So hot inside the refreigtor which is old cannot cool properly.(7) Laundry room is small limited space always dirty and to expensive.(8)Constantly renting to people whos papers aren,t in order. Residents break lease and don,t review this need to be condemn or rehab.

lived there in 2010, management was horrible; still has gas stoves; stairs are spiral and ceiling very low- if you have bedroom set bigger than twin size you wont be able to get mattresses up the stairs into bedrooms; rats inside apartment and you may find dead ones outside;was not satisfied at all;do not recommend it at all!!!!

For the past year I have lived in hell.....I have had to room with not only my kids but also with RATS, & ROACHES....My summer months were horrible in constant heat. In the few months that Houston had winter, we had absolutely NO HEAT. I had to have all my kids in the bed with me to keep warm. Several times we had no gas and I found myself warming up water in my coffee pot so that my kids could bathe. I don't know how many rats I have had to kill myself, and how much money I have spent on Roach killing baits that just don't work here. There are drug dealers at just about every corner here. The parking....oh my the parking is so bad, we have morons that speed through not caring that there are kids outside. I don't know how many people have came through the office since I have been here, and no one has yet to better the place. The wash rooms are so bad, you would think the ceiling is going to cave in. I unfortunately can't afford to break my lease so I found myself having to stick it out....BUT PLEASE BE AWARE THERE ARE BETTER PLACES OUT THERE DO NOT MOVE HERE....IT'S NOT WORTH ONE PENNY,.

Sat. aug. 25-07 i saw raw sewege running down the drive and kid playing in it this was not corrected before monday aug. 27-2007 where did this stuff run for 2 days is it running into stormdrain and then to Galveston. Thats what they say on t.v. my god what do these people think about there residence cant even get thing done in you apt. and they still want you to pay rent or get out.

The A/C has not worked since I moved in There where holes in the ceiling and in the bathroom. I have leaks and no one has fixed them. I have complained and complained about water damage that is causing mildew in my bathroom. They told me that it is clean water therefore me and my children will not get sick off this mildew. My tile is coming up because of the water leak in the bathroom. The parking is very , very bad. Yes in deed it is very cheap, but also very ------ place to live if you really want comfort at home. I yet have to see a key to my mail box and I have been there for awhile already.

Don't be fooled by the management. They showed me a nice townhome, told me they were a drug free complex, and said they had security.

I made a mistake and moved to this place.At first I was told that only old people lived here and that it was really quiet at night.Well it usually is if you don't mind gunshots, drug deals, and your car vandalized on a weekly basis.Don't bother getting to know the landlords cause they never last nor care to be bothered with your townhomes problems. You can complain all you want but nothing ever gets fixed unless you do it yourself.Toilets back up constantly and some people say they have had feces in their dining room for days until they finally had some old guy who doesn't speak english come in and make a bigger mess.Crack smokers hang out everywhere so do drug dealers. Kids will mess up your car or satellite dish and you don't even know who they are.Gang members tag the property from time to time.The so called courtesy patrol that works when they feel like it are here to look out for the drug dealers and ignore anything going on unless they care.My sink has been broken for over four months.If you like living in a hot apartment this is all you.Because they control the temperature it remains hot all the time.If you are late to pay your water even if it's onlt 15.00 they will cut off your electricity and water until it is paid.They don't care if you have kids our are pregnant on bedrest they won't fix your aircondition or tell you when the chiller system is down.Please be wise all bills paid really sucks for me and my family and isn't worth the headache I now have to endure.
