AC has to be turned on to 80 to come on and when it does water pours out the walls and has extensive mold. has called the office, but they give the excuse that they just changed management and have yet to make repairs or schedule one. TENANT's # 346-260-6068
black mold throughout the apt. in the restroom and a/c vent. hole in the ceiling in the kitchen/ a/c does not always work/ a/c was leaking and have to lay down towels.
