NO HOT WATER IN THE BATHROOMS
ongoing issue no hot water and very low water pressure
Mold/meldew located in the window shield of the unit, management has been notified but told tenant that they have to get w/more urgent matters first.Also bathroom sink is clogged and also notified, the water contiues to be off at 3 days off with in the week and mostly the hot water. There is a rat infestation in the apratment and also mold. when they first oved in they were given the unfinished apartment and started having the issues. they have sent letters and made many complaints but nothing has been done.please make contact as soon as possbile.

Citizen stated she has mold in the closest, water leak in the ceiling, roaches, no heater, no hot water(3days) citizen stated she has notify the maanger which the manager sttaed they are try to find a part for the boiler. please contact the citizen as well.
Caller states that she has been notifying her apartment management about the mold in her apartments for over a month. States that the apartment management did not address the issue properly, only the drywall was replaced. Caller request customer contact.
