CITIZEN STATES SHE HAS BEEN EXPERIENCING MOLD FOR 3 WEEKS DUE TO A LEAK IN THE REST ROOM
THESE PROBLEMS EXISTED SINCE MOVING IN SEPTEMBER OF 2021. SEWER WATER ON FLOORS THROUGHOUT THE APARTMENT. WATER AS BEEN LEFT OF FLOORS FOR SO LONG, THE TILE HAS BUCKLED. GAPING HOLE IN WALL UNDER BATHROOM SINK AFTER COMING IN TO DO REPAIRS. VENT IN BATHROOM HAS MOLD AND WATER COMES OUT OF THE VENT. BOTH TUBS STAYS STOPPED UP.

housing issues- the ac it leaks all the time and the leak is excessive. and its causing the floor and walls to damaged., and mold has already started building up . the leaks runs down to the nearest room and closet everytime it rains the living room gets wet. the living roms ceiling has mold as well.

Roaches caller states it is a constant problem that they ignore. They crawl on them while sleeping problem is so bad. Manager calls them out of name because she's dating a police officer customer states that she harasses them instead of helping them.
