Ms. Theresa Matthews 713-294-2495 with HOA Initially called in and had SR #20245473 created but it was created under the wrong address, 11685 Alief Clodine, the water acct is under 11685 Alief Rd. Inspector Brittany Johnson was advised by dispatch there was no active water account upon her initial investigation via the old SR and told they only had a drainage account, as that is all that was showing for the Alief Clodine address. A few months ago I opened a ticket to check the sewer lines backing up in my townhome back patio. You guys blamed the issue on me and not on the city.I hired a plumbing company and they came out here and cleared the lines for me the plumbing company told me that it is not my issue and that my lines are clear they told me that something is wrong on the pipes of the city and they need to be replaced underground. Caller reported that there are 2 meters in front of unit 41 with standing water pooling around it. Runs into street.
METER IS LOCATED IN FRONT OF UNIT ON STREET SIDE OF BUGLE ST. WATER ALL AROUND METER COMING UP FROM METER.
Customer stated at the Brays Forest Townhomes at the Unit 41 Building E at the meters the water is standing and has been for about 2 weeks. The meters is located in front of the townhome.
