line backed up
Resident is still waiting for repairs. He said lines were marked, but no one has been back out. He is still having problems and is in need of relief.20121536-101004571797: "Trace service line needs repair on service 6x6 in dirt in back medium equipment cross st. Sagearbor Dr."
Wastewater is backing up in the toilets when one or more appliances (dishwasher, washer, shower, etc.) is being used at one time. The toilets gurgle and the water seeps back into the house or overfills the toilets and they drain out slowly.

Toilets gurgle whenever water is used throughout the house and water doesn't flow out normally. Had a roto rooter in drains done less than a month ago. Massive rainfall always affects the way the toilets drain.
When flushing from another bathroom, showering, washing clothes, running the dishwasher, the toilet in the 2nd bathroom gurgles and has problems flushing down. We have to wait an hour or more in order for water to drain out or down.
