115 E 32nd st may be causing low water pressure
CALLER STATED SHE WITNESS THE NEIGHBORS AT 120 E 32ND ST THROW THE TRASH IN THE DITCH IN FRONT OF 115 E 32ND ST, WHEN THEY WERE MOVING OUT.

Not sure which category to pick. This property is under construction and they have completely destroyed the ditch, filling it with mud and completely blocking drainage. In fact, no ditch exists anymore. The next time it rains, drainage will be completely cut off, there will be no where for water to go, and mud will spread into other ditches. I'm worried this drainage issue could cause flooding.
