311 email request:a daily basis the residents at 1143 Yale are dumping sewage water into Milroy Park at the parking lot adjacent to 1205 Yale. The sewage runs from under the metal fence across grass where children play and across the parking lot where families walk. It is smelly and disease ridden and completely unsafe and illegal. I informed the manholes were holding on 12/3 and requested it be serviced. Looks like the investigator did not find any issues at 1143 Yale and closed the investigation.
