House has overgrown weeds and litter everywhere. Home owner is living there but only few days out of the month. He has yard sales and parties then leaves trash in yard to blow out into street.
home owner has 9 signs out at curb advertising pirate movies and cds for sales. Hidden valley civic association has gave notice. Not sure if FBI needs to be contacted for making illegal pirate movies.
