Illegal dumping of recycle bins, waste bins, and shopping carts. I have been trying to get the above items removed from in front of an empty lot next to me and have been unsuccessful. Empty lot address: 1136 West Pierce St.
Nuisance On Property
1136 W Pierce St is an empty lot (owner tore house down but left lot empty) and it has now become a dumping ground; homeless people have been camping there as well.
There are five extra recycling and garbage containers that have been dumped in an empty lot (1136 W Pierce St) next to my house. They bins are being used by others for unintended purposes. Can these bins be removed?
1136 W Pierce had had several reports against it with the city over the years. No one lives on property. Trash and debris in front and back. Large limbs fall off tree and could injure people walking on sidewalk. Side gate is not secure, which allows random people to walk on the abandoned property. There are building materials and old shelving units stacked in the backyard, which has overgrown plant material and weeds and layers of dead leaves and branches.
