1132 waverly stcaller states that this person is building something attached to his house and also attaching it to the neighbors fence and also building something in the ally caller states that the person is very hostel and aggressive
Our neighbor at 1132 Waverly "Absolute Pilotes" has had a balcony extension ongoing for over a year now. It looks like it will fall down at any moment. We have seen one of his dogs jump off it as well. He still has his tarps tied up somehow either in or next to a tree. This as well as his 'growing grass seed' is definitely a fire hazzard, not to mention all of the rodents, snakes, etc that could live in it. Please look into these issues as it makes his neighbors feel unsafe.. Thank you!

Several tarps are hanging off of a patio. It looks like an unpermitted build/add on. Looks very unsafe. It's in the alley way between Ashland and Waverly.
