Illegal dumping on the feeder road located in front of 1131 W Gulf Bank Rd. This is government property owned by TxDOT.
I am not sure if this has been reported but the underpass to connect to Gulf Bank Street from Hardy Toll way is disgusting. There are several piles of trash, discarded couches, and dead animals just lying there as motorists drive through. I am sure the property right next to it belongs to someone but not sure who.
