States that the home was recently sold and the new owners are remodeling the home without a permit. As of yesterday they removed old wood and sheetrock from the home and they also put the trash in front of the home but clean everyday and dispose of it properly. States that its everyday they are remodeling but do not have a permit to do so and wants an inspector to go give them a citation for the work being done inside the home.
