My property is next to a property that appears to be abandoned and unsafe. In addition, to the poor and unsafe condition of the home, there was recently a tree that fell on the roof as well a fire on the back side of the home. The area is not secure and poses a threat to anyone on the property. The structure on this lot needs to be condemned and demolished for the safety of the neighborhood.
The home has a massive pile of debris and trash in the front yard and lining the ditch and street of the home. The trash is full of wood, nails, ash from a fire, overgrown plants, etc..

Unkept property, fire (10/2) caused significant burn damage to garage and backyard, luckily fire department was quick to respond and contained fire before it could spread to adjacent properties. Storm in July caused large tree limb to fall on the roof of house and has never been removed. Water and electricity have been shut off and 2 large pits sit in front yard. Property has been vacant for past 20years with occasional squatters and drug use. This structure is a public safety hazard.
