My Son Christopher Brandon is disabled and a resident at Heights Manor Apt. 1127 Herkimer Street #203 Houston, Texas 77008. He moved in 2/5/2021. On 2/7/21, His toilet flooded. We contacted maintenance immediately. Because it happened on a Sunday, I arrived to the apartment first. In despair, started cleaning the flooded area and cleaning my son. He was ashamed of the mess and tried to clean it before anyone could see it. After arriving maintenance was upset with the mess that he had to work in.
