private leak in backyard affecting senior neighbors backyard
stated this resident keeps placing her can on the neighbors property with debris everywhere
There has already been complaint about trash cans on wrong property along with trash being dispersed through neighbors yards due to the filthy trash cans being on others people property from renting tenant at 11239 below we have these trash bins on our property along with filth of dirty stinky bins and MAGGOTS! they have already received a citation and verbal warning on where to place trash bins but are still refusing to listen please help!
