There is a dangerous apartment complex that has sat empty for over 10 years. The buidling continues to fall down and is often a home to the homeless.
Vacant and unsecure apartment complex. Vagrant activity. Multiple units including the laundry room have been unsecured and left open. Referal from D.O.N. inspector Iqbal (832)982-6589.

Abandoned apartment complex. Gate on Mount Vernon on the west side of the property is open and trash everywhere. Someone also sawed off one of the iron bars on the gate to slip through. Property needs to be torn down but at minimum properly secured.
