CALLER STATED THAT SINCE MOVING IN MONTHS AGO, THE WATER IS ALWAYS TURNED OFF EVERY OTHER DAY FOR A FEW HOURS AND IT'S ALWAYS THIS WAY IN THE WINTERTIME. UPON MOVING IN WAS TOLD THAT UNITS HAD HEATING SYSTEM, BUT WHEN IN NEED OF HEAT AND REPORTED ISSUES TO MANAGEMENT, UNTIL THIS DAY THEY HAVE NOT FIX HEATING ISSUE. MANAGEMENT JUST BLOWS THEM OFF NOT GIVING A REASON WHY NO HEAT.

she has an on-going issue with rats, last friday night she was with no electricity for 2 days and as well she reported that the neighbors above her leave trash in front of her door.
rodients come in and out of the dumpster also getting into the apartment units. Management has been notified and has done nothing to resolve this issue. States she should be glad they not going up on the rent.
