There is a home located at 11203 Concho St Houston Texas 77072 (Bellaire West HOA) that had been burnt and abandoned for, what I believe, over a year. I have observed several homeless individuals occupying this house numerous times.I am concerned that this house has been and/ or will be a place for illegal activity. There are children that walk by this house to and from school. There are young children that live near this house. I fear for these childrenÆs safety.Also, there is a man who doesnÆt
