[Message Came from Outside the City of Houston Mail System]Original email attached in regards to case 101003562577The case notes state that the case is closed because no leak was found.The entire area around the meter is fairly dry but the meter box itself is completely full of water. I reported this yesterday and I just walked down there and it is still full of water.How did they determine there was no leak if they didnÆt drain the hole to look at the meter?
