citizen is upset that your office continues to close the report and they are building a house in the backyard. there is construction where they have put up walls and a roof. she states if a inspection was done the inspector would have seen it. there are 3 houses in the backyard. she has been asking for a inspector to contact her and no one has she is calling the mayor
the owner is renting out rooms on the property.
