I wanted to report that I have also been experiencing a fishy / musty smell in our water - noticed both in the shower and drinking water - at 1118 Columbus St in Montrose.
Case #2100030622 was previously raised on 16 July and closed without the issue being resolved. Water is spurting/bubbling from man hole and flooding the sidewalk and road.
