The house is vacant and not properly secured. Homeless people have been breaking into the house for many months. They are getting into the house through the windows/doors. The Houston police have been called many times over this issue and they will not do anything. The owner of this property needs to properly secure the structure so that people are not squatting in this abandoned house. It is very unsafe, the homeless people seem very unstable and I'm fearful of what they will do to the people w
The residence is not being cared for by the owner and the trees and shrubs on the property are not being taken care of and have become unsightly and also a hazard during high wind events. Homeless people have also started to break into the house to live in it. They throw their trash on the front lawn and in the backyard. There is also a stolen shopping cart in the yard.
