I used to live there, horrible experience, one day they towed my car for the front tire, it was low on air, had to spend $400.00 to get my car out.Dint even come and tell me anything first. I would see the Tow trucks in the complex driving around all day every day, just looking to tow someone’s car.They would tow you if your tire was just outside the parking line. Yes it was a setup between managing and tow company to rip people off, besides that the apartments are nasty, dirty and dated. Run away from there they please is horrible, management stinks to high heaven!!!

Daughter and her blind cat lived there. Initially rent was ok, then came the add ons. The utility are through the complex and upon move out they claim two extra payment are due. They claim the carpets had to be replaced due to flee infestation... from the blind never outside cat. They claim the appliances required to be painted( they were painted when she arrived) now threatening to send the debt to credit if she doesn't pay in 30 days. Avoid this place if you can. If you can't read the small print.

I lived at Beamer Place and the last year was a nightmare. Since Mira became manager the property and office staff has taken a downward spiral. Roaches infested the apartment and nothing was done. Karin in the office is RUDE and verbally unprofessional. I had a stove burner that did not work for 6 months. When you move out they try to charge you for things are normal maintenance like carpet shampooing. If you want to save yourself a headache STAY AWAY> The office staff also applies lease and community rules using favorites. If you are their friend you can do anything you please but if you get on their wrong side look out because they will retaliate by constantly putting notices on door for anything from you have a mop on your patio to the welcome mat is not up to code but you look down and see balconies with broken car parts and all kinds of junk that has been there for years.

The best part of living here is leaving it. The people in the office have actually stated that the hours posted on the building and left on the answer machine are not accurate. They have sent emails on short notice regarding the office hours. They are SUPPOSE to be open on Sundays from 1 PM-5 PM (good luck with that). This falls on residents to pay in person are their desecration. Sometimes certain staff members need to be reminded about late fees. They have walked in residents apartments (while the person is there or not) without reason, request or consent on occasion. They play the judge and jury and will disregard their own unprofessional behavior. The noise issue depends on who your who your neighbor is. I have issues with noise from former and current residents. I have come across dog poop a few times on my way out. I can say with certainty the walkers usually aren't carrying stuff to pick up the left overs. They used to have a security camera near the entrance and the exit. They have since taken one away. On many occasions the main entrance gate is left completely open. There is no illusion about security. Sometimes the gate works and sometimes it doesn't. There is no real way to know who is driving in or out of this place. Residents are always moving out this place. I cannot count how many people leave this place every month. The tow truck drivers creep around all hours throughout the night. They have even taken vehicles that had the mandatory required sticker for residents to park. You are still required to pay the 200 dollar fee to get your vehicle back if its towed. The apartment is not required to cover the cost of the tow truck company's mistake. Your on your own if it happens to you. I have waited over a month for an issue we continue to have with a leaky sink in the bathroom. Unfortunately there are times when water is shut off. The hot water is shut off with out notice. The staff cannot answer any questions at any given time. They either have to ask their manager or get back to you (which they usually don't). I would not recommend this place. If you choose to come here... you are on your own. Take pictures and videos of your apt. before (and after leave) you put your stuff in. Report any and everything you have an issue with. Make sure to save and record anything you report. You will be over charged for the slightest blemish. You will need to have evidence to fight the fees they will try to collect from you after you leave.

This apartment complex is the worst experience, I have ever had. I was told I owed over $1000. I am not the only person who has been hit with a huge move out bill. The apartments have not been updated. I had a roach problem. Extermination was there only twice in 2 years. I have lived in over 5 different apartments and never had a roach or rat problem. I now live in a different complex unit and it is awesome. But, I made sure to clean and spray everything down before moving there so that no roaches would follow. Glad to say, I have no problems with roaches or other rodents within the year. Please do not move there or it will cost you a lot of headaches.

The service with the staff is friendly, effective and efficient. I have so much respect for the team because they treat me just like I'm family. I love this complex and I would give them a 10 out of 10!!! Especially recognizing Karin and Mirre.... These two women conduct themselves with the right kind of class!!! Beamer place is lucky to have two awesome ladies like this.

I don't where to begin. Parking is horrible, horrible, horrible. There is NEVER enough parking, plus the parking space for each car is really small. Your car doors get messed up because there is not enough space. The trash smells terrible. One resident had passed away and was in the apartment for weeks. The smell was bad, and so they left his mattress in the trash bin. The mattress was only covered with plastic, it was all black and the smell was awful. Ok. One month when I was giving my payment online it said I had a ZERO balance I called and I said I didn't pay for it. The lady said yes you did it was an automatic payment. Well they had charged the wrong person for my rent. So I had to pay late fees. That was not my fault but they didn't give a ----. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NEVER BE RETURNED, they will make up as much excuses as possible. They said my fridge was dirty, I even took pictures I left that piece of crap spotless they probably trashed and said I did it. PLEASE DONT RENT from them.

I have been living in these apartments for 2 weeks and here's what I have been experiencing. . Stepping foot into my appt, kitchen light has been out, I called maintenance twice, they still have not fixed the issue. . the first night sleeping in my apartment AC was not working. . HOT WATER is out every other day. . You are not allowed to have anything on your balconies. . management never returns your phone calls

These apartments do not disappoint. the staff is top notch. I have lived in a few different apartment complexes and never have i seen the attentiveness, politeness and helpfulness of this staff. They want to know you and learn your name. Needless to say, i am not going anywhere. My neighbors are great and we all know each other, the maintenance is always on top of their game, the floor plans are a bargain for the price and the property is well lit. I highly recommend these apartments should you be in the market. :)

The manager ------- is very rude. I was sitting on my front patio and saw her talking to a young couple about how mixed couples shouldn't be together. I thought wow she is crazy. I was paying my rent one time and she was saying she doesn't get a discount and she hates working here. Many people I have talked to don't like her because she is so rude. The place is ok but I hate dealing with the staff and if you want things done you can probably do them faster yourself . There is also a lady who puts her dog out and it barks all night. Bring your dog in lady it's cold
