Cleanouts have standing water and drains are backing up. This is the 2nd time this has happened. They came and cleared it last time, but said it could come back. But that a camera wouldnÆt be used until the third time.
We have one toilet backing up into tub, my plumber came and checked out main lines and found no blockages. Upon inspection of the clean outs, they were holding water. He ran a snake to try and clear the line into the city sewer lines and pulled out mud.
